Chicken Burger Patties
Makes 12. Ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
500g chicken mince
1 egg
½ cup spinach, diced
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup crumbled feta
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon basil
¼ cup flour
Method
1. Combine mince, egg, feta and spinach in a bowl. Add breadcrumbs, chilli, paprika, parsley and basil, mix well.
2. Using hands, roll the mixture into twelve balls. Sprinkle flour onto a clean surface or board. Take each ball and lightly roll in the flour to coat then flatten into a burger pattie shape.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook patties in the pan for 8-10 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.
