Pistachio Brownies
Makes 12. Ready in 35 mins.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour (your choice!)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup pistachio nuts (chopped thin)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk (your choice!)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
2. Combine in a bowl cocoa powder, flour, pistachios, dark chocolate chips, salt, baking powder and chia seeds.
3. Add olive oil, milk, rice malt syrup and vanilla to the bowl and mix well.
4. Pour mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 30 mins then remove and cool before removing from baking dish.
