Grilled Greens Bowl
Serves 1 as a main, 2 as a side. Ready in 15 mins.
Ingredients
2 cups diced green vegetables (your choice!)
2 tablespoons feta
2 tablespoons flaked almonds
1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
2 teaspoons olive oil
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a pan or wok on medium heat. Add green vegetables and chilli to the pan to stir fry for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
2. Serve into a bowl, sprinkle with feta and almonds.
Notes
Choose any green vegetables at all.
Serve on spinach for extra green.
To serve as a bigger main, try serving with brown or cauliflower rice.
