Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 1. Ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup milk (your choice!)
¼ cup Greek yoghurt
¼ cup berries
1 banana
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon LSA
1 teaspoon almonds
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, then serve or refrigerate.
Notes
To increase protein, add a scoop of your protein powder.
