Ham and Tomato Pizza

Serves 1. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 wrap

  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste

  • 3 roma tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons spinach, diced

  • 1 slice ham

  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta

  • 1 teaspoon parsley

  • ¼ cup grated cheese

Method 

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray with olive oil.

2. Place wrap on baking tray. Spread tomato paste over the wrap and sprinkle with parsley.

3. Dice tomato and ham. Place tomato, ham, spinach and feta on the wrap base evenly. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.

4. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden. Slice then serve.
