Banana Smoothie

Serves 1. Ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon LSA

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon honey


Method 

1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender, then serve or refrigerate.
