Tuna Spread
Serves 2. Ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
95g tuna can with olive oil x2
½ cup spinach, sliced thin
¼ cup cheese, grated
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons plain Greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons parsley
125g corn kernels (optional - this does make it sweeter)
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
2. Refrigerate and use for up to 3 days in an air tight container.
