  • ¼ cup flour (your choice!)

  • ¼ cup LSA

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk (your choice!)

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking dish with baking paper.

2. Combine in a bowl cacao powder, flour, LSA, dark chocolate chips, salt, baking powder and chia seeds.

3. In a microwave saft bowl, melt the coconut oil for 45 seconds on high in the microwave.

4. Add melted coconut oil, milk, rice malt syrup and vanilla to the bowl and mix well.

5. Pour mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 30 mins then remove and cool before removing from baking dish.

Notes

  • Rice malt syrup can be swapped for honey.

  • Reduce cacao powder to make richness in flavour.

  • Try mixing flavours by adding half a cup of raspberries/almonds/white chocolate chips.

  • Swap raw cacao for cocoa powder to make sweeter, or try a mix of half/half.
