Hi, I’m Rach Saunders, and thank you for visiting Build It Balanced!
I believe everything in life should be about balance and that in particular our diets should be balanced. A balanced lifestyle and a balanced diet are healthy and most of all its enjoyable.
I was never any type of chef so I wanted to create easy recipes that were full of nutrients and that were still delicious, because food should be enjoyed and nourishing. Healthy, Easy, Balanced is how I believe food should be.
After completing a Bachelor of Medical Science and Nutrition from Central Queensland University, I am qualified to talk to you about all thing’s food and nutrition as a Nutritionist. As a mum, wife and business owner I also understand real everyday busy life and the importance of enjoying it.
